Install Whalory Core for GitHub Copilot in VS Code

Before you start
- VS Code with GitHub Copilot
- Optional: Python 3.8 or later, for the tools
Steps
Step 1: Download whalory-core-3.2.0-skill.zip. The Core skill folder is inside.
Step 2: Unzip it into .github/skills/ in your repository, or into ~/.copilot/skills/ for your user.
Step 3: Open Copilot Chat in agent mode and describe the task.
Step 4: To use the tools as well, put this in .vscode/mcp.json and set the path.
